PROJECT PROFILE:

A key project in JAKA’s property thrust was Splendido Gardens Salcedo. The project commenced on Febuary 16, 1989, when JIC entered into an agreement with Sigma Investments Corporation to construct a Grade A 21-storey residential condominium building.
